Ibrahim Hewitt is an active and committed Muslim. As a former Chairman of the Islamia Schools Trust and the Chairman of the British Muslim charity, INTERPAL, he has become involved with many issues facing the Muslim community in Britain as well as globally. He is dedicated to upholding the tradition of faith schools in the UK and is Head of Al-Aqsa Primary School in Leicester. His sense of justice prompted him to stand firm amid unsubstantiated claims that INTERPAL supports terrorism. His fight to defend the charity is testimony to his abilities and work in the community |
